I have a button poly in my 55g tank with my aggressive fish. They seem to be doing well and are opened up all day. Does anyone know how long it would take for them to replicate themselves?

Only time will tell. They generally grow quickly, but every tank is different and your tank parameters, flow and lighting will have an effect on them.
