Coral question

So I just got this coral, question one should I hydrogen peroxide dip this? Only dip I got. Also should I take a razor to try and get this coral off the plug?

I would try to break whatever the coral is attacked to off the plug, then glue that bit to a new plug. If you completely detach the coral then try to glue it, the coral will likely slough off the glue and get blow around.

I don’t have another plug but I was going to glue it to my rock scape.
