Had a few questions regarding the coral in my tank please.

1) Green star polyps, initially was out and about but for the past 5 days, have not seen it come out at all. It's a small 2" disk. Do they prefer high flow?

2) Pulsing Xenia, have you found more success with higher flow or less?

3) Picture 1, are the mushrooms being that close to each other a problem, should I seperate them?

4) Picture 2, what is that mushroom looking pink thing. It came with a live rock and looked completely dead, it has started to show growth, is it worth keeping, will it point up eventually or remain pointed down.

Thank you!!

1. I have seen gsp close up for extended periods of time and when it opens up it has expanded adding new polyps. So long as it not being tossed around like a rag doll in the flow gsp ill grow pretty much anywhere.

2. The more flow the less "pulsing" you will see, but at the same time it kinda just grows at it's own pace. Similar to gsp as long as the flow is not 100% focused on them it'll spread.

3. Their probably fine, but it never hurts to make sure everyone has some space.

4. No Idea, some sort of softie.

GSP. Not usual to retract for quite some days, It spreads when retracted not when it’s open. Leave it.
Xenia. Not still water, but polyps in a slow back and forth wave is best.
Mushrooms. Leave them.
Last thing I don’t know.
