So i had a weird thought earlier today- in the wild how do corals defend themselves against redbugs and flatworms and other bad things. I do know that certain fish will eat worms and RBs. Surely they just dont become infected and die.

It's kinda like ich for fish. Ich isnt something that runs rampant in the ocean because there are millions and millions of gallons of water, and what we provide is an enclosed system where things just keep multiplying in a small space. Nowhere to run, kinda thing.

Basically that.
