Coral regret

I regret getting this waving hands, Xenia species. Beside pulling out every rock and scraping this stuff off which I have done twice it still comes back and takes over. Any other suggestions on getting rid of it for good. I thought about Joe’s juice ? Will that do the trick?

Looks like Anthellia which can be a real nuisance. This video might help in controlling it but you're likely going to have to remove rock and let ti dry out to completely erradicate it.
