I don't know of a website service that will also provide that service.
You may have to hire and contract a graphic designer. You can check out Deviant Art (https://www.deviantart.com/). I've hired a few artists off of that site do some graphic design work for me. Always been happy with the work.

Shopify is a good one. I use wordpress myself, but I just found out the shopify offers working capital loans once you meet their conditions, which is of course really nice.
