Coral RX Pro for Red Bugs?!

Bayer is a good choice but you risk stressing the corals, when compared to interceptor spectrum, it has virtually no impact to the corals. Since you probably don't have time to get interceptor (order from Australia), you could maybe do a quick dip to kill most of them off then follow up with interceptor once you can get your hands on some.

Sentinel is a quick option if you have a vet willing to provide a prescription.
 
I am a Jeweler by trade.... I used Bayer to dip 2 medium size sps, and made the solution very strong. I left them in for about 10 min then used and jewelers loupe to see what was left.. 1/2 were still hanging on for dear life.. I didn't see any movement. I tried blowing them off with a turkey baster, no luck !! I used a wooden tooth pic, YES !! that did the trick... "jaw Dropper" is in a little trouble..
