Can a lengthy dip of coral rx pro kill Dino's? I got a full bottle. Asking because I have a small rock covered in Dino's and zoa's kinda hard to get between them

It may help but I wouldn't expect it to eradicate them. A soft bristle brush and several clean saltwater rinses would help as well.
