Coral splitting or dying?

I re-adjusted my coral a bit yesterday and today I noticed the following:


My values are:
25 degrees celsius
Po4 = 0.11
No3 = 15
Ca = 450
Mg = 1500
Dkh = 7.5

No emergency. It’s not 100% clear from the pic, but it could be new heads (not splitting heads, new ones forming). The other possibility is an injury, which if so, doesn’t appear major. So the answer is neither splitting nor dying.
