So I assume this brain will kill the Slimer as well as my zoas,so I guess i needed to remove it..:(

Keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't get worse. It I progresses then fragging the dead part may help. I would frag the dead part anyway eventually. That Favia needs a good bit of space.

That slimer looks white in the pic but i just looked at it in the tank and its polyps are all back out

Just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't get worse. I wouldn't hesitate to frag it if it spreads.
 
That slimer is getting zapped! Good thing you moved that brain. The slimer should bounce back quick.

Yea i was able to pop off the Favia or brain whatever it is..Now its on the sandbed till i figure out what to do with it
