Wondering if my water is good to add some coral tanks been fully cycled and have had fish in it for about a month now, tested my water and these were the results do you think I’m able to add coral and what are the ideal water parameters I need or a range

What test kits are you confirming with. If API which I suspect, confirm by taking a water sample to a trusted LFS that does NOT use Api anything and see what readings they come up with and to compare with yours for confirmation.
IF and IF all checks out , you can sure add a couple of coral such as Zoa, candy cane, xenia, mushroom and even a small leather. Each of these have their own requirements but are forgiving BUT generally dont tolerate changes in water quality/spikes well hence the suggestion to confirm water quality.
With fish in the tank, you should be seeing some degree of ammonia and nitrate reading but API often shows Zero when its not.

you def need nitrates ...some phos...

i would think if you have been feeding fish regularly ...there should be some no3 and po4

I am testing PH, ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates with api and then I am testing the others with the Red Sea reef test kit. And yeah kinda thought it was odd that nitrate was zero but didn’t think much of it because it’s been fine for so long and it wasn’t completely zero it was close to so I just put that

My test kit doesn’t have phosphate tester
Need to get one and get your nitrate up. No nutrients can cause dinos which is a whole new set of problems.

I think you may be getting false readings and best is to take a water sample to a trusted LFS that does not use API anything and see what readings they come up with and you will know from there what corrective action necessary.

How do you recommend I get my nitrate up
Get a second opinion first as suggested. If in fact zero, your lfs has products for dosing nitrate
