Coral suggestions

Hi all,

Below is my RSR that I intend to be SPS dominate.

I am putting some LPS at the bottom and on the sand. There is a Duncan, elegance, and Acan currently on the bed.

Figured I share some pictures and see if anyone wanted to share some thoughts on what corals they would place and where.

Apologies for the dirty glass, this was right after a water change.

Display Tank

Frag tank

Mostly acros to pick from in the Frag tank. Homewrecker, vivid confetti, red monti cap, and so on. A small handful of encrusting montis but not many. Any LPS recommendations would need to be purchased and QTd.

Well you have a lot of real estate to work with. how long has the primary tank been running? There are like at least 8 tangs in there? how big is that tank? You have a ton of flow also with some really good lights to work with too.

That tank has been up since late March 2022. Waited for the coraline to cover the rocks before I threw in some tester sps last week. Birdsnest, stylo, etc. if they last the month I’ll add some tenuis frags to see how they do.

Well if you have abundant coraline then the tank should be ready to sustain SPS. I didn't go with all the fancy named frags in mine. I have about 25 SPS now but focused more on color variation, type of branching, etc... I find the so called easy ones look just as nice in the tank as the fancy named ones. I really like orange, yellow and blue colors.
