Coral supps?

Do any of you use any of these? If so, do they help? How much do you dose and what size tank?

Are the simply a waste of money?

I used to use that Phytoplex crap many years ago. Only thing it did for me was foul up my water. Its totally a waste of money IMO. Don't waste your time.
The coral accel....I cant remember what the heck is in that stuff. You will have to read the bottle to see if its useful.

I have never used Aqua Vitro stuff, so I cant speak about it.

I use to use coral accel years ago and loved it, I found my corals seemed to grow fairly fast. Looking back it could have been many other factors. But if I find it again for a cheap price I would buy it again, but would definetly save my money for more important supplements
