Coral tentacles not as long anymore

I noticed that my torch, tenctacles are not as long as they used to be. Nothing changed in my tank in terms of lighting and flow. Is that normal?

How long have you had the corals for?

That seems like a lot of flow for a Torch IMO. This might be why they're retracting. GL.
