Coral testing help

I’d like to get into keeping corals but I don’t have a test kit for them. Just wondering what this community is using (brands and such) and might get inspiration.

I use a Neptune Apex with pH probes and Trident for most testing (automated).

For manual testing, the Hanna Checker for alk is great. For accuracy, other parameters I would use salifert, for speed or relative measuring I use the Hanna Checkers again. They're usually pretty close but can be a little off. Just like any manual rest.

Salifert tests are reasonably cheap and reliable.

You would need tests for Alkalinity (kH), Calcium and Nitrate.
You also need to test Phosphate and for that you should use a Hanna LR Phosphate checker.
