Your case is much more extreme than mine but one similarity I notice is I run almost the exact same lighting as yours except mine is an 8x24Watt ATI Sunpower but pretty much the same bulb configuration. wonder if it could be related to lighting?

I've seen LPS develop bubbles in the tissue from being over-lit, hence was the rationale I had behind suggesting to reduce the photo-period. You may have just provided a stronger case for such.

Could be Coral Neoplasia do some research on that. Might be it but possibly too much photo-periods and/or calcium.
