Im starting a 32 gallon biocube tank as my first saltwater tank. I know what creatures(a pair of clownfish, firefish goby, nassarius snail or two) but I want some coral to brighten it up. What are some good corals which are fairly cheap that will be good for a beginner? I love the look of some soft corals and I also sorta want a few hard to give more variety. Been watching a few vids but some are sorta pricey for me at this moment. Ive been thinking about palythoas but I am still to afraid of the poisoning(Yes i know its if you handle them wrong) so I dont know which are good corals to buy. And one more thing, what does it mean if a coral is semi aggressive? I found one which I like but it says its semi aggressive. What is a semi aggressive coral like?

Semi-aggressive coral will sting/kill other coral that’s in its path.
Start with Lps and soft coral
Hammer
Frogspawn
Gsp (invasive and should be kept isolated)
Kenya trees

semi agressive coral is coral that has methods to attack other corals, usually stingers for example an anemone will sting other coral close to it so generally we keep corals a distance away from each other.
Corals I recommend for beginners are leather corals, zoanthids (use gloves) and torch coral but be careful how close you place them to other corals.

Don’t let zoas are palys scare you. I handle them all the time with my bare hands. Just don’t sniff a fresh or boil a rock with them on it indoors

Zoas, frogspawn, toadstool, then acans and favia a few months after the first ones if they are doing well and your keeping up with water changes.
