can someone tell me what is wrong with my coral.

Looks like tissue necrosis... or at least the start of it. I recently had the same issue (much worse) due to low calcium.

Please post your CURRENT water parameters.

How bout Phosphate and Nitrate and
What’s your daily flux in Alk
Those usually connected to such problems

Also, what PAR you shining on them, white can indicate bleaching from way to intense, and/or quick changes in spectrum and intensity

What does that mean; 9 drops?

If you read the instructions, there is a section that lists the number of drops in sequential order down the left column and the dKH reading for the number of drops you put in.

So open the instruction manual, look down the column to 9 drops and see what you ALK is.
