looking to put some hardy lps and sps in my tank any suggestions for some good ones

Any lps are hardy for the most part Duncan’s and frogspawn or any euphylia. Sps montipora are hardy fast growers. Birdsnest is hardy and grows like a weed.

LPS: Micromussa/Acans, Blastos, Chalices (Echinophyllia), Euphyllia, Trachyphyllia, Lobophyllia, Duncans, Favia/Favites. Just about the only LPS coral I wish folks would have told me to avoid as a beginner is Goniopora. Other uncommon LPS corals may be too cost inhibitive and/or require very specific conditions in order to survive would also be considered non-beginner.

SPS: Birdsnests, Pavonas, Monti Caps, Porites, Stylophora. Just be aware that all SPS have specific care requirements and usually need more light than LPS corals.

Just make sure you research new corals well before you pay for them, just to make sure you can meet their care requirements and that they will be a good fit for your tank :)
