Just got a new coral.Any suggestion on how to feed it and take care of it ?

Its a green star polyp. One of the easiest corals. As long as you have semi decent lights it will do fine. However, you should isolate it on an island from the other rocks as it spreads very fast.
 
That rock isn't touching the others will it still spread ?

Nope! it basically grows over rocks but can't jump like xenia. If you look up pictures of it, some people make some really cool designs with it. I saw one tank where it replaced the sand and gave the tank a grassy look. It was pretty cool.
 
It will spread out. You can cut it with a pair of scissors when it starts to get close to other rocks. The easiest coral to keep and the best to start learning how to frag. You can either put a dab of gel superglue on the bottom and put it on a frag plug or put it on your back glass like this.

Honestly I love seeing this coral as a wallpaper haha
