Depends on what coral and what you mean by shrink up daily. Need to be a bit more descriptive and more information on what you are referring to.

Most LPS and soft corals will deflate/close up when the lights are out. So if you are referring to them looking different before the lights come on or after lights out then yes this is normal.
As has already been stated, some pics of what you are referring to would help. Maybe show a pic of when it is "full" and one when it is "shrunken up".
