Throw some selcon or some aminos in there and it will open up. You can definitely put corals like that in a brand new tank as long as you have nutrients in the water.
 
The purple part is living flesh .
the polyps sometimes take time to come out .
Gsp is almost impossible to kill . But I would strongly suggest letting the tank mature a little before adding anything else .
Some colour on the rocks will
Help .
As everything matures you will find new colonies of gsp appearing throughout the tank

Good thing with those rocks . Or water parameters , you wouldn’t have to worry about excessive alk consumption or scraping coralline from the glass ….
That tank is far from Coraline. Pls
Post tank age w parameters and what tests were used to get readings. Pls don’t add any more corals.

1 Yellow Clown Goby
1 Green Reef Chromis
7 Blue leg hermit crabs

it’s been running for 3 weeks
