They are standard 60mm case fans and the stock fan is 15mm tall. Go to newegg or your favorite computer hardware site and buy a quiet fan that pushes more air and has ball bearings. All computer fans have a noise rating in dB, get the quietest one you can find that is 15mm or shorter.
Also - your name netsecpro, what do you do? Are you on the network security side, app security side, penetration testing, incident response, C/ISO or exec stuff, etc.? I find a lot of the guys (and lets face it, 99% of them are guys) at infosec conferences either love fish/reef tanks, reptiles, or both outside of picking locks

I never used one of these before, but this is probably the quietest: GELID Solutions Silent6 FN-SX06-38 Case Fan - Newegg.com it is using a hydrodynamic bearing instead of a ball bearing.
If you just want a regular low profile dual-ball bearing fan, these are always good: StarTech FAN6X1TX3 Case Fan - Newegg.com but won't much as much air.
There are dozens of choices and if you break out the calipers to find out the exact clearance, you can probably fit an even better fan.
