Coralife cone skimmer - feedback

Anyone have any experience with this skimmer? Tia

I had the 75g on my 45g system, and the 300g on my 200g system.

The 75 was too much for my tank. It would skim everything out, then overflow when nutrients came back up.

The 300 works great!! I can skim wet or dry with it. Did take some time to tune and adjust to where I want it. Now the only time I mess with it is when I clean the body every three months or so.

The only negative is there is an o-ring that forms a seal between the body and collection cup, which I've promptly dropped into my sump a few times.

It's a good skimmer, usually at a decent price. Not fancy, and not pretty, but gets the job done. I've had mine for about a year and the only complaint is listed above
