I'm planning on buying a coralife t5 ho 20" fixture for my 10g. Does anyone have experience with these? I'm looking for some input on the fixture so anything that would help me, feel free to share.( corals that you've kept, power usage, heat, quality, durability ). Thanks!

I have a T5 30" fixture with 4 bulbs. I don't think the type of coral you could keep would change with your 20" fixture. Mine is an aquatic life with reflectors, you get more intensity with the reflectors. It also has a built in timer for blue bulbs, white bulbs and 2 leds to simulate moonlight. The fixture is mounted on legs about 3" above the tank surface. My tank is 17" to the sand, ( I have a DSB) and I can keep any LPS I want anywhere. I also have a blue crocea clam that I've had over a year up high in the tank. I'm thinking I could definitely keep some SPS if I wanted in the higher portion of the tank but I like the blowing in the current corals. Heat has not been an issue but until recently my tank was uncovered. My fixtures was bought in December 2012 and has worked great. Hope that helps.
