Coralife uv question

Have just setup a larger tank. I have a coralife 3x turbo twist uv. Can i change the bulb to a larger 6x bulb? Will it fit in a 3x housing?

Hi,3x is a 9w bulb the 6x is a 18w same width, same plug but the 6x is longer and won’t fit.
