Coraline Algae Growth

Doe's anyone out there have problems with to much Coraline Algae growth on there tank ( acrylic tank ) and even the snails are covered with it. I just love the color of my snails, but they are just purple. How can I stop this or just slow down the growth on the snails..? I move one on top of the other to clean each other all the time... Help.... .

I have the exact opposite problem lol I have frags and snails with coralline algae, but it hasn't spread to my rocks yet and it's been a year!

Lower alkalinity or get an urchin which will eat some of it.
