I really love the color it brings to my rock but, It seems the more I scrape it off my glass the more and faster it grows. My front glass needs scraped twice a week it seems.

Back when I ran halides and a bunch of Vho's it was crazy how fast and thick it was but its not so bad with my T5's.

I like the color of coraline on my rocks.
Not too much of a bother to remove it off the front glass.

Mine isn't that bad on my glass but on anything plastic "IE my powerheads and overflows" yeah it sucks. I love the color though.

Love it on the rocks and equipment, but I despise it on any of the glass. I scrape every pane of glass weekly... coralline is one of my pet peeves.

I love it!! It's natures way of telling me that the tank is doing well :) If the coralline isn't growing, something's out of balance

I love it on the rocks but anywhere else I think it makes things look messy, especially on the glass.

I can't reach it on my back glass so I leave it. I hate it growing on the pumps and viewing sides but it's part of a healthy tank so I don't complain. If you don't like the look of it on the rocks then an urchin will take care of it. :)

I liked it. Then got a long spine urchin and he ate it all. Now I miss it.

I've guess i'm lucky, because it doesn't grow on my glass...Or something is wrong. But it grows on the rock and any plastic as others have said. I like it. As other have said, it lets me know my tank is doing well.

It only grows on my rock... For now. My tank is only about 8 months old though.

My last tank I let it grow all over the back glass....I like it...now I am trying something new on my new tank....I am keeping it off all glass in my new tank and just on rocks, PHs, and overflow....it looks really nice and I think Ill keep up the scraping

I would love it if it grew in my tank, but since my tank is semi new, it hasnt really grown.. I had a nice pink color coraline growing on my live rock when I had bought it, but during the cycle, it disappeared. I am hoping it comes back soon!

HATE IT!

we spend a ton of $$ for live rock because it is porous, if coraline algae is covering 40% of the rock, thats 40% of my investment gone. not to mention how much calcium and magnesium it uses.
and of course it clogs equipment covers glass.....

I like the color a lot, most of it grows on anything that is plastic and my rocks. I don't really get a lot on my glass which is a good thing cause I used to hate scrapping it off.

Very good point!:)

I have a love hate relationship with it. I love the color and it on my rocks, but I absolutely hate it on my glass!!
