I've had my tank mt for about 2 weeks, so the Coraline has dried. I plan on refilling my tank today will it be ok as it is?

If your asking if the dried coraline will hurt anything no it won't will just look ugly(imo) for a little while. But should not hurt a thing.

Should be OK and eventually be grown over, but die off of other stuff may foul the water a bit. I'd be sure to run a bunch of carbon and do a few extra water changes.

I would scrape it off but it's not a big deal or anything like everyone else says.
