Does anyone know what Radion is actually using in their lights? LED wise? Looking at doing a new product and want to get as close to a radion g5 blue as possible.

Radion used to publish the exact makes as a source of pride, now they're an unknown.

Historically, the W/B/RB channels were Cree XP series diodes (1.5A peak). You can sub them for anything in the ecosystem tbqh.

UVs were historically SemiLED

Lime and Mint is a specific LED by Luxeon, its just a question of power (Luxeon C vs...). The red was historically an Osram part.

Yea I had seen these diagrams, was hoping someone had pulled one apart and seen what was actually in the guts lol! :)

Not a Gen5 personally. There is very little "secret sauce" in LEDs anymore - at best, its just cost of tooling to make a custom lens assembly. Buy the LEDs based on spec from the few leading manufacturers. Assume power levels based on 3W/5W diodes, and mix as appropriate.
