No it shouldn't. Coraline plates like a coral. If it's really weak it will blow off, but thats more of a sign some parameters are off in your tank.

I'm no expert but I was told to use a turkey baster to remove cyanobacteria from live rock. I don't think it will blow off coralline algae.

Absolutely not. It is encrusted on. Unless the coralline is dead, but it will come off in sheets, not blow off.

If yours look like coralline but disintegrates when blown, it’s likely cyano.

This. It takes a metal blade to remove coraline. Almost feels like removing plaster.
