Tank is a little more that three months old . Using Red Sea calcium and levels are 460 and Red Sea alkalinity holding around 11. Have two AI Prime 16 HDs.

It looks like cyano to me. I agree that under the right conditions a three month old system can get its first couple of circles of coralline. Coralline needs stability and even then it’s slow growing at first. It usually grows in a circular pattern and you can see white edges on the circles. Your “algae” is not growing in a circular pattern. It’s likely cyano. If you rub it with your finger and/or blow at it with a turkey baster does it come off? If so it’s definitely not coralline.

Doesn’t come off. The stuff on the rocks seems odd cause it looks like it’s growing out of it. Like from the pores in the surface. Doesn’t come off with my finger and won’t come out air or suction. Same with the spot in the back

Rock looks way too clean for coralline to be the first thing that pops up on it.
After doing some research I stopped running white lights about three weeks or so ago. They were really brown not so long ago. Also have three snails and four emerald crabs
