Coralline Growth?

Does this appear to be coralline growing? Referring to the purple on the rock in the photo! Tank has been running for 5 months! All parameters are in check!

Yep. It's coraline algae. Once it starts to take off, remember to regularly check your calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium levels to keep it growing.

Thanks! I have had some cyano (at least what I think is cyano) growing. And it disappeared except a small bit on the sand and now the coralline seems to be popping up on everywhere. I also have some green/aqua colored stuff.

We are all faniliar with the pick and purple coralines but it also comes in blues, reds, and greens. That is also coraline in your tank.
