Coralline is no joke...

So for all y’all wanting coraline in your tanks let me just say it’s not what you think it is! Don’t get me wrong it looks pretty and is a good sign, but it won’t stop growing now and it’s a pain cleaning equipment! Mine has taken off in the last few months and loved it while it was. Recently been cleaning equipment and it’s like cement! lol I guess be careful what you wish for.

I cleaned my mp40 last week and it’s already all spotted over it! Haha definitely love/hate

As long as you epoxy the frags down the SPS shouldn’t move. I have a SPS dominant tank and the urchins dont touch the sticks!

I shut down an acrylic 180g because of it and got a glass aquarium so I can scrape it with a blade. It eventually got way worse than the picture and took over the front viewing panel

For cleaning equipment, pick up some citric acid, then it’s just a matter of giving your pumps a soak for about an hour and they come out free of coralline and looking brand new
