Is this coralline algae or not. Seeded my tank with live rock about 3 weeks ago.

I believe that is not coraline. It is a sign that your tank is starting the cycle though!

So that's not good right? I've been running this system since March. Went through the cycle, then diatoms . That's about where I'm at.
Nitrates 10ppm.
Alk 6-7 dkh
Ph 8.0

Kinda looks like green coralline, not to worry. If you can't wipe it off with your finger, and its hard, its coralline. Do you have a clean up crew in there?

Looks good to me! I thought your tank was only setup for 3 weeks that's why I mentioned it starting the cycle.

Trates are a little high and alk is low shoot for 9-12 on the alk and .05 or less on trates

I read on here about baking baking soda for an hour in the oven to dose for Alk, also raising ph temporarily.
So I started that last week, only dosed twice, but Alk is raising slowly.

The colors of these algae are most typically pink, or some other shade of red, but other species can be purple, yellow, blue, white or gray-green.

The green on your rocks is a natural part of the rock curing cycle. It will start getting replaced with coralline which can also be a green color.

Yeah it's got a soft or slime feel to it. I have noticed some purple color showing up as well, it does have a hard rock feel to it.
