My tank has been up for about 4 months now, the almost all my coral plugs and coral bases are purple. I imagine it's coralline algae is there any negative effect of this or can I just let my tank turn purple.
You’ll have to walk your alk and calc levels as coralline is a user of this. Most people love when it covers the rock work. Stay on top of it on the glass as it could be a pain to remove
