Hard to tell and I'm no expert but it looks like it. The best way I've found is if it fluoresces its probably coraline

Looks to be based on this picture, but if you think its cyano, get a turkey baster and try blowing it off, then you will know for sure.

Hard to tell but such a large area I would try to blow it off like suggested to see if its cyano.
