coralling algae on frag plugs

i have coralline algae on 2 of my zoanthid frags and I was wondering if it will spread across the tank or just stay on the frag

100% it will spread. That being said, it needs the right parameters to do so.

If the tank is mature coralline will go everywhere. Try scraping a little off the plugs while in the tank. The particles will seed all over if your tank is ready.
