Corals and anemone feedings

I just bought some acans and a couple of LPS corals and I've had a couple of anemone and I was wondering if for the corals if I can just dose the tank with reef frenzy and reef roids

I just bought some acans and a couple of LPS corals and I've had a couple of anemone and I was wondering if for the corals if I can just dose the tank with reef frenzy and reef roids

And not target feed them when I'm working both jobs during the week would they get enough food that way because on the can it says to put it by high flow so it goes everywhere and I've also got a question about anemones I feed them scallops and shrimp 2 a week and I saw on the Internet that in between feeding the meaty food that you should feed them liquid and that would mean that your feeding them every day so is this true because I would think that it's to much

I have never fed my nems liquid. I have dosed the tank though. With acans and nems I used to give them small pieces of shrimp, silversides or whatever meaty food I was feeding at the time. Now my nem went behind the rockwork so I just feed by pouring the food in front of the power head it wroks but I have to feed more to make sure it gets back there. It is my opinion that it is way more efficient to spot feed but if its not an option using the power head works pretty well.

Yeah I'm gonna keep giving them shrimp and scallops when I'm off work but when I'm working both jobs I'm gonna just feed the tank but I read an article on the Internet that you should feed liquid stuff on the days that there not eating meaty food but if you did that they would never grow because when they eat they shrink up from pooping so I don't think that's a good idea
