Corals and clownfish babbies

Need some help. My clownfish laid eggs yesterday and now I'm missing some corals in that area. Do clownfish consider corals a threat? I have seen a reduction in gsp, paly, and a goniopora. The gsp kinda like like it has been peeled from the rock.

Is this normal?

I don’t believe they would purposefully go after the corals but they might have been trying to make way for their eggs.
