Corals are shrinking/dying and Dinoflagellates

Update

I haven't been at home since yesterday, since I had to work overtime and spend the night at work. However, I have bought a UV sterilizer from a friend, green killer machine, copepods and I also have bought a microscope recommended by @MickeyCT through Amazon. Last I checked, the snails are doing the works quite well. Corals are slowly getting back around.

However, I've noticed that my calcium, and magnesium had drastically went down the last time I checked.

Calcium: 300
Magnesium: 1100
And since I'm not home to take care of it, I'm a bit worried about my corals.

Update

I've added the UV sterilizer and added copepods along with phytoplanktons last night. Awaiting for the microscope together an ID of those algae/dinos. Tank looks better thanks to the snails, still have lots of algae and the substrate is still dirty. I've increased my magnesium and calcium since they were dangerously low too. I checked this morning and got a better result, but still low. I've left for work. And see what happens next.

Magnesium: 1200
Calcium: 330

I've used the microscope and it looks like osteoporosis dinos. I've already used the green machine UV sterilizer in the tank. Any other suggestions?

Update

Looks like my battle of dinoflagellates is starting to tip my favor. I added more phosphate and nitrate into the tank and it seems to do the trick as there are less dinoflagellates than before

Phosphate: 0.22
Nitrate: 4.9

Great job! I just recently dealt with the same issue in my 20 gallon QT. The UV got rid of them.

Thank you! I tried the green machine UV on my tank, but it didn't seem to do anything unfortunately, it could just be the bad UV. So, I just added phosphate and nitrate from Britewell. And in a few days the dinos were receding slowly. This is a battle that's for sure. But I'm not out of the woods yet. The corals are still stressed and shrunk.

Update

It looks like I have defeated most of the dinos, some are still on the sand bed and wall, and the corals are recovering in stride.

Yes they have, and are growing and I have new ones as well.
