So I started this tank a little differently than I have in the past used XLM bacteria it cycled pretty easily I'm about half way through stocking it (40 breeder about 55 pounds of marco rock and a 4 gallon refugium) numbers looked good last time 0/0 maybe 0/10 on nitrite and nitrate. I reverse cycle my chaeto so keep the ph swings minimal and pod population looks booming on my glass.

I threw a few tester corals from wwc $5 rack in a few weeks ago and there not thrilled and I haven't pinpointed it yet as to why they weren't exactly in great shape when i got them hence the $5 rack but still they've lost color or otherwise receded.

sps has lost a bit of color and lack full polyp extension the one was already bleaching when it went into the tank so can't really say thats gotten any worse
acans arent as fluffy as they should be

flow is a jebao ow-10 and 25 on w1 the 25 running about 40-50% and the 10 running about 80% 1/3 down from the top in dueling position both with a curve to the surface it should be turning the tank atleast 60 times

photonv2+ lights top rocks are getting about 300 par with the light diffuser on mid day to keep the fish in i run about 75% on the blue channels and 20% on the others

The only thing I've noticed is with this flow I still accumulate a ton of crap on my live rock almost like theres low flow. I was considering switching the vortech mp10 instead of the ow25 but didn't wanna throw $300 at this for no reason

I was curious if anything else could be a little less obvious and maybe theres something I'm just missing

What are your phosphates, temp, alk, calcium mag?
haven't measured phospate alk,mag cal I use neomarine salt switching to red sea coral pro in a few weeks and theres only a few small frags so they should be in line. I'm going to get a kit tomorrow 77.4-78 on the temp

3 months is young in reefs especially with dry rock. All my tanks had been set up with live rock until I tried my first dry rock/bacteria in a bottle start up and it's taken alot longer to get semi stable. I couldn't keep zoas alive for long.

used live rock live sand

Oh sorry, I assumed dry rock when I read Marco rock, post up your results when you get them. That will give a little more insight for us all to see where to start.

Corals can usually handle a wide variety of flow and lights so I would assume it may be instability in your parameters. Test for alk, cal, mg, sg, temp, phospahte, and nitrate frequently to get a base line of how much your tank is consuming.

yeah I grabbed it cured any thoughts on the flow part
I wouldn't say flow was your issue unless you are directly blasting it, you can always point them diagonally across the tank to diffuse flow by bouncing ot off of the glass, but in general you will have to tweak flow as corals grow out anyway. Get your levels first and go from there.
