Corals DOA?

So I go these zoas about a week ago online from a company that will not be named and the still haven't opened. Worse yet, they look like they are bleaching. There are five corals all together a mix of candy apples, lunar, baby blues, purple fizz and coco's and I'm wondering if they were a bad investment. The company offers a 14 day arrive alive guarantee because "some polyps won't open for a few weeks.' What do you think?

Pictures pretty blurry but even so they don't look so good. Did you dip them in anything? Revive might help.
