Hi, i have a new tank and I set it up with dead stone, I waited a while before adding my first fish and my water parameters are good but my stilo is dying from the grow tips, what can it be?
my highest pas is 350 and the stilo is at around 200-280 par, is this to much?
( in my old tank(5 years old) he is growing really good but there the phosphate is off the charts)

I think the answer to your question is in the title of your post.
Anyways....
What was the PAR in the other tank where it is doing well?
How long ago did you set up this "new tank"?
What are your "good" water parameters?

this tank is cycling for 4 moths now, all my LPS corals are doing great.
the par in my other tank was max 200, that is why I placed the coral at the same par in the new tank.
The Po4 is at 0,02 and po3 is 1 the salt is 1025 Kh is 7,5 and the temp is 24 degree Celsius(the same as my old tank)
