I wonder how long you have had measurable phosphate and nitrate? I see that you added corals before fish, that may have contributed to your issues, not enough nutrients.
Maybe stop dosing nutrients and turn off your skimmer for 16 hours a day…. That may help to give the corals some food. Feed your fish more and accept that the weaker corals may not recover. Live and learn. I’ve been there, no fun.
