With zoas IME flow and them getting comfortable in a spot is more important and they don't really need acclimation to lighting too much. Find a good spot where they won't get blasted with flow and let them be. Good luck!

Ok will be placing them right above so they'll be happy happy!

Oh I remember that day so well...big time adrenaline rush led to total addiction and I LOVE that feeling and still get it every time I add another!

Depending on your light, give them a few days to get used to the system. Then move them were you would like them. Give the corals a day or so to see if the corals are happen the glue the corals

When is a good time to pop them off the plug, or do some corals stay on the plug?

Most of the time I leave my frags on the plug, especially if the coral is spreading. I have also found using a dab of super glue gel, tiny ball of epoxy then a dab of super guild will hold the frags in place.
