Next time show some side views of the torches! I think y’all do this for a reason so people can’t see that is has none or barely any Skelton membrane. My order came in my torches look horrible with no membrane to be seen and torch barely hanging on to skeleton ready to abandon its skeleton. Also got told after I reached out about it that they were hardy corals and would be ok. I’ve had corals for over ten years and plenty of torches thriving. This doesn’t just happen because of overnight shipping. Pretty disappointed in this purchase!

We sorry that you free torch not looking the best. You need to give coral time to recover after shipping( this pic was taken after 20min after delivery ) . And to makenthing clear, We offerd 7 days warranty on t items you bought because your shipment got delayed. We happy to give freebies but we can't offer doa and warranty on item we gave for free. Thank you

Well I hope it looks better soon because the dark torch behind it doesn’t look much better. I appreciate the 7 day period just wish things weren’t shipped if they didn’t look good to begin with. Shipping isn’t going to make a good membrane disappear over one day. Also like how you put in there Free Torch like it’s shouldnt be a big deal because it was free. Let’s be real freebies and bonus stuff are 90% of why people purchase stuff. So free or not it’s still represent the quality of your product.
