I am new to Marine aquariums (have kept tropical for years) i have purchased a kent marine system, all going well so far and been running for approximately 12 week, i have 2 Common Clowns, 1 Firefish, 2 Turbo Snails, 2 Blue Hermits and a Blood Shrimp so far as livestock. I have just purchased my first peice of Coral which is a Leather, does anybody have any tips on keeping these etc etc. Any help or advice would be welcome.

Cheers

My experience has been that leathers like bright light, since in nature they are near the surface. I've also found that when I have very "clean" water where my SPS are doing great, my leathers do not fare as well, so I'm assuming leathers need more nutrients in the water. Overall, I do keep both types.

Great choice. Green leathers are one of my favorites.
They do like good flow and good light and regular water changes.

Yeah looks great, thanks guys, heres a pic of it too
