Corals mostly closed

I have an aquaknight m029 on full blue and six whites, supposedly making around 130 par on the sand 19 inches in depth and 300 at the surface and is 7 inches away from the light. I have a finger leather, toadstool, gorgonian and gsp and there all half closed up. Is it because there is too much par?

These have been in the tank at least 4 months
