Just what I Googled. So I will say no. Its funny you get a water test from a supposed independent testing facility they indicate levels "according to epa" acceptable levels but like you when I do more checking into these I find nothing that collaborates their levels of some parameters. Others are listed by epa take arsenic for example .010ppm same on the test I received. Mine was at .006 also in the yellow range. I did find some phosphate levels for ground, stream, lake and reservoir though.
